The hotel was clean and the location was incredible and handy in a quiet area of the North end. Spotless and immaculate rooms with tea/coffee, all the amenities, as example, felt like home.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fabulous! Loved our neat and cosy room with a couch. The location was unbeatable and handy for visiting bars and restaurants walk from the hotel. There was a garden and a park walk from the place.

Great Value for money. Not incredible hotel but more than I would expect for £35 for a double bed. Clean rooms, comfortable and a decent cooked breakfast
Tiny bit small but as expected really for the price

The ash Lea is one of the best hotels I have stayed at when I have been at the sea side. Its warm and comfort and you are made to feel very welcome. There was a small problem with the water but the staff was right on it and got it sorted, Thank you Ash Lea for a good stay and I will see you soon.

Cozy and cute stay!
We spent 3 nights here, and it was lovely! The owners were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was nice and clean, and even had water bottles waiting for us. Breakfast was delish, especially their homemade items. Only thing is, the room was a bit small for 2, but we managed just fine.

What an amazing hotel. Absolutely loved it. Stayed in the family room with my daughter and it was fantastic. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and coudln't do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard and is in prestine condition. Have been to Blackpool a few times for pleasure and for dance competitions and this has been by far the best hotel. I highly reccomend the Ash Lea Hotel.

Super clean family room with spacious layout, with comfy bedding that guarantees restful nights. The location is ideal-close enough to the North Pier yet nestled in a quiet area was good.
The shower pressure was decent but not really good, leaving some room for improvement. Breakfast options, while varied, included a few items that were a bit too generic for my taste, lacking that personal touch. The garden area was nice but could benefit from a bit more upkeep to elevate the outdoor experience further.

The excellent decor and cleanliness. There were 10 people in our party and all remarked on the comfiness of the beds. The breakfast was lovely and the owners were very friendly but not intrusive.
